3D MP3 Sound Recorder (Audio Playback Recorder ) is a sound recorder software. with 3D interface that allows you to create digital files from any audio that can be played through your computer’s sound card, regardless of the audio source. This allows recording from external microphones, the line-in jack, the computer CD drive, Internet radio stations, movies, games, etc. These files may be saved in WAV or MP3 format, as desired.

Files are created ‘on-the-fly’, in real time and no temporary files are created. The files are easily played back on common applications such as RealPlayer, WinAmp, Media Player, etc. without problem. The program also includes its own WAV/MP3 player for immediate validation of recorded files.

Track Splitter™ technology

Audio Playback Recorder (3D MP3 Sound Recorder ) implements the standard features of many available sound recorders but incorporates one extremely useful feature that sets it apart: its Track Splitter™ technology allows you to record audio streams from CD or Internet Radio that are split into separate WAV/MP3 files automatically. This means that you don’t have to baby-sit the process as other audio recorders demand. Nor do you have to convert CD music files from CDA to WAV/MP3 one track at a time.

Now it’s possible to record literally hundreds of songs in your favorite music genre from Internet Radio stations without attendance. Using the unique Scheduled Recording mode, you can specify starting and stopping times for recording, and let Track Splitter™ separate songs into files for you.

A separate Timed Recording mode allows you to specify the length of time you wish to record and have recording stop automatically after the timed countdown ends. Track Splitter™ may be used in this mode also.

Full control of MP3 file bit-rate allows you to select the file size and sound quality you desire in your recordings.

The program is very easy to use - simply click the record button and it will start recording. Simple buttons allow choice of WAV or MP3 file format, and Track Splitter™ feature on/off control.

Three ways to split tracks :

1. Using signal recording mode:

Tracks are separated by silence. 3D MP3 Sound Recorder can detect silence in the sound source automatically and save each track to different files. With this method, you can set the length of silence for splitting, This enables you to make decision on what kind of silence can split tracks. If you don't want split tracks, you can also use this method to eliminate silence in the sound files, this is much useful when your audio stops for “buffering” or if there is net congestion.

2. Using absolute time schedule recording :

Our multi-session schedule technology enables you to split tracks by time. You can let 3D MP3 Sound Recorder to record only during your specified time periods. By enable multiple file creation , each sessions will be saved as different files. You can use this method to record streaming audio from internet , it will automatically record your favorite programs according to the schedule. Also you can combine with the signal recording mode to eliminate silence.

3. Using relative time schedule recording : New!

The schedule is not absolute time . it 's relative time after you pressed schedule recording button. This helps you to cut the sound to different files according to time length regardless current time.

This feature can help you to monitor the recording level. you can adjust the volume to make the level bar between green and red area, to avoid the distortion due to too high volume, and make the sound audible.

You can adjust the threshold when you are doing signal recording. it helps you to find which signal level is the best threshold easily .

Show file size in real time:
You can see the file size when you are doing recording. so you can know how many bytes you have recorded at any time.

Time stamped file name:
Support date and time as file name. The file name will be the time when you begin to record if you enable this feature. the file name format is yyyymmdd-HHMMSS.MP3 or yyyymmdd-HHMMSS.WAV

Hot Key Support :
3D MP3 Sound Recorder has predefined hot keys for every operation, this feature enables you to perform your tasks even without using a mouse. Hot keys are editable, you can define your own hot keys, you can define more hot keys for one operation. for example you can use F8 , Enter key, or CTRL+R to start recording.

Assign Date or day of week to schedule list:
You can set schedule for a specified day , this enables you to schedule recording only on that day.
